Visited http://www.antipixel.org/blog/ today. Quite impressive.
I noticed an article about windmills. In 2002 I was lucky enough to visit Denmark. In the rural aread of Denmark, windmills were everywhere. I found the modern ones beautiful.
People find the image of a solitary tree on a ridge beautiful. In Australia, the old windmills in a paddock have an iconic nature about them. The electicity poles on the side of the road have developed a mesomirizing appeal.
I have heard criticisms of the new windmills in Australia, that they occupy the most scenic views. They occupy these places as that is where the wind is the strongest. Some Danes complained about the windmills, particularly the older ones look ugly.
The new style windmills are beautiful and hypnotic. Maybe its because I always liked futuristic visions of clever use of nature, and where aestheitcs and environmentally considerate design would come into vogue. The windmills of Holland always looked beautiful.
I would just wish the designers of mobile phone towers would try and be a bit more creative.
