Dog's breakfast in MSN's englishtown

Just visited englishtown.msn.co.jp using Mac OS X's Safari. I got the following error page: http://englishtown.msn.co.jp/error/browser.asp. The text says to visit using Microsoft Windows and Internet Explore 5+. Thing is though, there is a picture of a couple happily using a Mac iBook.

And then when you look at the page in Internet Explorer for Mac - its a dog's breakfast. A total mess.
